The Management Board and the Supervisory Board work closely together for the benefit of the company. The close and continuous dialogue between both boards is marked by frankness and transparency, an awareness of stakeholder interests, and an acceptance of responsibility by each board member.
The Management Board reports regularly to the Supervisory Board, providing timely and exhaustive information on all matters relevant to the development, performance and risk situation of the business. Corporate strategy is agreed with the Supervisory Board and significant commercial transactions require its approval.
