The Management Board of Conergy AG comprises four members. They are supported by the Management Board members and the managing directors of the Group's subsidiaries. Together, they conduct the business of Conergy based on uniform objectives and plans. Notwithstanding their overall responsibility, the members of the Management Board are assigned their own areas of responsibility. However, they are expected to put the interest of the company as a whole before the interest of their areas of responsibility at all times. Dieter Ammer, co-founder of Conergy and Chair of the Supervisory Board, is acting as temporary chair.
