Hamburg, 26. March 2009 – Conergy AG is to postpone the announcement of its end of year financial statement which was originally planned for 27 March. As announced with the publication of the preliminary results on 5 March, the solar company is in ongoing negotiations with an important supplier. Contrary to what was expected, these discussions have not yet been concluded.
