Statement of the Conergy AG on the speculations of a business magazine
On Thursday 24. July 2008 Conergy AG denied the speculations stated in a magazine on the resignation of Dr. Jörg Spiekerkötter.
This is a false report, lacking every bit of foundation.
CFO Dr. Spiekerkötter: “I remain committed to the company in the long-run and have no intention on changing this.”
