A further remaining issue in the company’s restructuring successfully dealt with
Hamburg, 17. April 2009 –The Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Bundesanstalt for Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht - BaFin) has dropped its investigations against Conergy AG. The subject of the investigation was whether or not the company had published the information contained in the ad-hoc announcement dated October 25, 2007, in a timely fashion.
In the course of the investigations, the Hamburg-based solar energy group placed all information requested at the Federal Authority’s disposal, yet no indication of a breach of its disclosure obligations under capital market law were found. Conergy’s CEO Dieter Ammer: ”We are delighted to have dealt with a further remaining issue in the company’s restructuring.”
